  • The Talent Acquisition (TA) team partners closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and candidates to deliver a world-class recruiting experience and scale our growing organization.

About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while supporting the operational excellence of the recruiting process. You’ll manage interview logistics, maintain data accuracy across our systems, and serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.   • Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for interviews, working closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and aligned with our values.
  • Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data, ensuring our systems (Greenhouse, Zoom, Notion, etc.) are always up to date.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and support throughout the process.
  • Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects and process improvements.

Who You Are:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across time zones and teams.
  • Proficient with Greenhouse, Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Zoom, and Slack.
  • Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting technical or G&A recruiting teams.
  • Familiarity with Notion or other collaborative workflow tools.
  • Exposure to HR systems and project-based TA initiatives.

This is a contract position. The hourly rate will be determined based on experience.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
