• Should have good knowledge of a software product development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of agile development techniques and project management tools.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate in a geographically distributed environment with diverse partners and to operate in ambiguous situations while bringing clarity.
• B. Tech/MBA & 8+ years of experience in software development industry with 3+ years in project/program management.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Support teams that write, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure and services – Horizon Platform Services - that support Adobe’s next generation of Web-enabled products and offerings.
• Drive implementation of critical initiatives that revolutionize the AI-first posture being developed with the Horizon platform to support Adobe Express.
• Maintain a deep, technical end-to-end understanding of the solution being built, its upstream and downstream dependencies and impacts, and critical changes needed to support the initiative.
• Coordinate, communicate, and foster engagement with all levels of and Adobe offering – engineers within the team, partner Engineering teams, and other partners and leadership teams.
• Lead high-impact, fast-paced, concurrent programs that require deep, cross-functional engagement, serving as a liaison across teams like Product Management, Design, Engineering, Legal, Leadership, and others, in various geographies/time zones.
• Develop and maintain collateral and reports for improved line-of-sight insight into the tactical execution of milestone-based deliverables and features, iterating on the existing frameworks to drive improvement and effectiveness of current modes of information.
• Align the team with governance and cross-Adobe initiatives in the areas of compliance, security, and other federal asks.
• Come alongside team leadership to drive regular team activities including, but not limited to, working with Engineering Managers on regular appreciation, awards and landmark recognitions, all-hands events, morale-boosting activities, and other opportunities to enhance the ethos of the team.
• Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies arising during project implementation.
• Bring up and resolve issues in a timely manner, including problems that impact multiple projects. Propose workable solutions to complex problems while considering the needs of all groups that are impacted.
• Leverage data and automation, wherever possible.
