The Role
We are seeking a Global Integrated Marketing Lead to design, execute, and scale CMN's go-to-market (GTM) strategy across the US and AU. This B2B marketing leader will set the global integrated marketing vision, partnering across Ads Sales, Corp Comms, and Payments B2B Marketing to deliver cohesive campaigns that position CMN as the fintech-native alternative to traditional media networks.
You bring a rare mix of strategic vision, integrated marketing expertise, and operational rigor, with proven experience building GTM plans for enterprise-scale products. This role requires both big-picture leadership and hands-on execution as this product scales.
You Will
- Lead development of cross-channel GTM campaigns, spanning web, paid media, sponsorships, and content like thought leadership and white papers
- Ensure alignment of marketing investments with business objectives, ROI, and measurement frameworks.
- Contribute to CMN's messaging, in partnership with Creative, Comms and Sales Enablement.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure marketing programs support pipeline generation and partner adoption.
- Build and manage relationships with industry organizations, trade publications, and partners to fuel the GTM plan and drive brand visibility with content, campaigns and activations
- Hire and lead dedicated marketers and manage external agencies and contractors to extend capabilities
You Have
- 12+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing, GTM, or global brand leadership, ideally within advertising, adtech, fintech, or commerce media
- Proven success leading global GTM launches for enterprise-scale products.
- Expertise in integrated marketing across digital, content, events, sponsorships, and experiential.
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent CMN externally.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with diverse stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to define success metrics, evaluate performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong leadership and people management experience, with ability to build and scale teams.
