Role :
Program Manager with strong expertise in the Cash and Payments domain to drive large-scale transformation initiatives within our Banking operations.
The ideal candidate will have end-to-end delivery experience in Agile programs, excellent senior stakeholder management abilities, and strong program governance and reporting skills.
This role requires hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and proven ability to chair SteerCo and ExCo meetings to ensure transparent communication and decision-making at the highest levels. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex transformation programs within the Cash & Payments business area.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives in an Agile environment, ensuring quality, scope, and timelines are met.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technology partners.
- Chair SteerCo and ExCo meetings, ensuring clear communication of program progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting frameworks, and communication structures.
- Oversee program planning, budgeting, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Drive adoption of Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and business units.
- Track and report program KPIs, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders. Key Requirements
- 12+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in Program/Portfolio Management.
- Strong domain expertise in Cash Management and Payments (domestic and cross-border).
- Proven track record of managing Agile programs end-to-end in the Banking/Financial Services industry.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in chairing SteerCo and ExCo meetings with senior executives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to manage CXO-level reporting.
- Experience in program governance, financial tracking, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead and inspire large cross-functional teams across technology and business.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
