Our Public Sector business provides a suite of mission-critical solutions to help U.S. federal, state and local government agencies manage risk and reduce costs. The competitiveness and complexity of consumer engagement continues to be a challenge in these markets and we’re looking for someone to help us enable our solutions for use in the Public Sector, further helping our customers fight identity fraud and establish trust with consumers.
This role will work across all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace, management and retirement, working closely with other product/solutions managers, GT, InfoSec, Operations, MSP as relevant, and go-to-market teams.
What You'Ll Bring:
- 10+ years experience managing fraud solutions in a leader capacity, being responsible for solutions development, deployment, and commercialization
- 15+ years experience in consulting, product management, technology, and/or operations
- Familiarity with FedRAMP requirements and FedRAMP authorization processes
- Experience defining product requirements and roadmaps for data and/or technical solutions, and ability to translate and communicate governmental standards
- Preferred experience building and managing large complex solutions platforms
- Capability to understand complex technical security architectures and apply toward certification and/or compliance projects
- Proven ability to create compelling and effective communication, cross-functionally and at all levels, for internal and external audiences
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance per FedRAMP relevant requirements/guidance
Impact You'Ll Make:
- End-to-end fraud product responsibility covering GFS product strategy/innovation, business & product requirements & definition, use case prioritization, and road mapping for key public sector fraud solutions
- Manage overall product health including the product backlog, ongoing product support and product sunset strategies
- Work with global technology and InfoSec, as relevant, teams to write comprehensive product requirements, define solution intent and determine high-level capabilities
- Work with Public Sector vertical, technology, and FedRAMP Infrastructure product owner to develop GFS roadmap and pursue appropriate prioritization
- Work with relevant product owners, Fedramp experts/consultants, and Infosec to complete FedRAMP documentation package (likely with consultant support)
- Product Management responsibility for enabling sales (existing and new solutions), lend support to Delivery and Customer Success to develop onboarding and support procedures, and provide general support for GFS Product within the FedRAMP infrastructure as appropriate
- Work with GFS personnel as required to manage 3rd party relationships and closely work with GFS product counterparts to stay aligned to and influence GFS roadmap & solutions
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop relevant collaterals, training materials, and schedule
- Support certification efforts for Public Sector fraud solutions, closely working with FRPO/InfoSec/GT, ensuring alignment across stakeholder groups
- Monitor and analyze product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape as it relates to fraud solutions used in Public Sector

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166,800.00 - $250,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan.
