The Associate Marketing Manager will assist the marketing team in executing key initiatives and supporting cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well within a team-focused environment, and is eager to contribute to impactful marketing efforts.

This will be a hybrid role in our Mississauga office two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade and Sales, to fulfill material needs and respond to product inquiries.
  • Assist with administrative and operational marketing tasks across various channels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and dissemination of projects.
  • Respond to feedback and requests from colleagues to help drive day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Support marketing operations including coordination of pricing, contracts, and administrative tasks across platforms and systems.
  • Assist in campaign execution by managing scheduling, meetings, submissions, and approvals for promotional and educational materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and programs, including conferences, rep mailouts, and kit updates.
  • Contribute to agency and tool development projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Oversee RFP monitoring and coordination of materials leading to submissions
  • Assist with pricing and information requests submissions to customers.
  • Present key updates on progression of initiatives and contribute in regional and national meetings with group presentations
  • Oversee the submissions into advertising and promotional system

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing role.
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles including multi-channel marketing.
  •  Knowledge of CRM databases and related software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and openness to feedback.
  • Attention to detail with various materials and submissions.
  • Work in Medical, Pharmaceutical or Health Care fields an asset.
  • Bilingualism is a strong asset.
  • Strong ability to prioritize key tasks.
