About The Department
The RFP team responds to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Tenders, and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ). Their work ensures Franklin Templeton’s investment products and services are accurately offered to external clients and their advisors. Interns collaborate with experienced professionals across product management and distribution, gaining exposure to client requirements and global investment operations. This role offers hands-on experience in financial communications and cross-functional teamwork.
How You Will Add Value
Core Responsibilities
- You will ensure all applicable responses are provided/confirmed by business partners.
- You will prepare first drafts of the questionnaire and send for internal review.
- You will learn to build appropriate timeline for your tasks in order to meet external client deadlines.
- You will use automation tools and support content quality checks.
- You will build strong relationships with internal teams.
- You will learn about client needs and investment products.
- You will analyze requested documents and gather required
- information from approved internal sources.
What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role
Experience & Education
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in economics, finance, marketing, or related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
Soft Skills
- English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
- Additional European language is an asset.
