NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead all aspects of projects related to security reporting and security data management. As a Technical Program Manager, you will shape how NVIDIA builds, handles and scales its security reporting capabilities and security data ecosystem. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading concurrent technical programs focused on secure data collection, management, analytics enablement, and security reporting.
What You'Ll Be Doing:
- Develop and lead end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery
- Build and drive programs that optimize data governance, security telemetry ingestion, and reporting automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to define the architecture, requirements, and roadmap for security data reporting and data management.
- Lead efforts to standardize and automate security data collection, access, management, and reporting across teams, capabilities, and services.
- Translate security and compliance requirements into actionable data engineering and reporting use cases.
- Coordinate and conduct internal assessments to validate data integrity, access controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain documentation, metrics, and dashboards to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive communication around planning, milestones, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
What We Need To See:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience driving multi-functional programs involving data pipelines, security controls, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience handling technical programs in cloud data platforms, security analytics, or enterprise reporting.
- Hands-on experience with reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Looker)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native data tools (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, Cloudera).
- Demonstrable ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience building or leading a Security Data Lake or centralized telemetry platform.
- Familiarity with security data formats (e.g., Syslog, JSON)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PgMP, PMP, SPC, CSM, MPM, Six Sigma or similar.
- Passion for scalable data architecture, automation, and security innovation.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
