Job Description

Your role:
o Translation of user and business requirements into product requirements, high level product design, check and optimize integration and verification

o System decomposition and allocation of derived requirements down to HW/SW element and part level and related traceability.

o Trade-off of product/system design specifications and interfaces, determine feasibility of potential solutions, and lead technical & design reviews.

o Ensuring full Product Safety Risk Management in a regulation compliant manner

o Systematically drive system design process to ensure smooth regulatory submission by fully understand regulatory requirements and deliver just “right” to fulfill the needs.

o Leads and influences others and drives design for quality and is closely involved in the program of the applicable business.

o Makes a fundamental contribution to the innovation of products or processes.

You are a part of :

A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the GRC System & Software Manager, with Cross functional team as your key partners.

You'Re The Right Fit If:

o Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering

o 8 or more years of hands-on experience in product development

o Understanding of NMPA/CE/FDA relevant regulations

o Ability to work within a cross functional organization with good communication skills.

o Structured problem analysis and solving

o Must be open-minded to assure best design is chosen

o Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and Chinese

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
