Your role:
Participate at a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Consumer Health Technology;
You Are Responsible For:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and EC Agency Management: Align on campaign briefs, timelines and success metrics with off-site media, brand marketing, social and content teams.
- Coordinate internally with media, merchandising, operations and design teams to guarantee campaign delivery on time.
- ISV & TP agency management.
- Traffic & Sales Monitoring on Key E-Commerce Platforms:
- Track traffic, conversion rate and GMV on Tmall, JD, Tiktok.
- Analyse the impact of platform campaigns and promotional calendars; provide data-driven optimisation recommendations.
- Deliver weekly / monthly performance dashboards and insight.

Paid-Media Effectiveness Tracking:
Monitor onsite media performance, evaluate ROI, CTR, CVR and other KPIs; adjust bidding, targeting and creative rotation accordingly.Liaise with media agencies and platform account managers to secure traffic resources and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Team Administration Support:
- Handle routine administrative tasks for EC leader: meeting scheduling, vendor PO/contract follow-up, etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Marketing, Advertising, E-Commerce or related discipline preferred.
- 2–3 years hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing; familiar with Tmall/JD/Tiktok ecosystem and advertising products.
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; comfortable analysing large data-sets.
- Numbers-driven, logical, detail-oriented and highly accountable.
