Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Learning Program Specialist to support the coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of company-wide learning initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between program participants, facilitators, leaders, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate learning programs—including ESL, Citizenship, Tuition Reimbursement, and leadership development programs—by applying project management principles to ensure efficient implementation, sustainability, and evaluation across multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and concurrent launches.
- Maintain monthly learning calendars and ensure program offerings are updated and communicated.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, facilitators, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships with external providers (e.g., UNLV, CSN, MasterClass).
- Track participation, completion, and evaluation metrics; compile and present reports to leadership.
- Support program marketing through email campaigns, flyers, Wynn University catalog, and internal communications.
- Coordinate department special events such as program graduations, recognition ceremonies, table events, and other employee engagement activities that celebrate learning milestones and promote a culture of continuous development.
- Engages in self-directed work, creates, and maintains timetables for projects, manages deadlines and resources, and works with a wide degree of creativity and latitude as well as minimal supervision.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed or requested.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in learning and development, hospitality operations, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training program logistics.
- Experience supporting learning programs, including scheduling, communication, and data tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to create basic reports and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
- Must model professional appearance and behavior in accordance with company standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in training and development or general hotel operations.
- Extensive knowledge of the principles of luxury service and evaluation standards strongly preferred.
- Experience working with training design software and Learning Management Systems.
- Large-scale Project Management experience.
- PMI, CPLP certification and L&D affiliations.
