You will transform yourself and…

• Support the team with HR administrative tasks (e.g. contracting, preparing documents),
• Maintain internal HR information systems for accuracy and compliance,
• Support the team in day-to-day operations and administration, within organizational activities and ongoing projects,
• Gain insights into all HR processes and you will be a full member of the team from day one,
• Work in an international environment.

You are ready if…

• You are currently enrolled at a university,
• You are able to work at least 20h per week,
• You live in Ulm or nearby,
• You feel comfortable speaking German and English on a daily basis,
• Your way of working is structured, independent and reliable,
• You have a high level of personal responsibility, commitment and willingness to work.
