Role And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Account Relationships & Internal Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with retail partners to develop tailored merchandise and display strategies that meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure cohesive execution of merchandise and display programs.
- Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Fixture Concepts Design, Prototype, and Fabrication
- Develop innovative fixture concepts that enhance the in-store shopping experience and showcase products effectively.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and functional fixture designs that align with brand standards.
- Oversee the development of fixture prototypes to test design feasibility and functionality.
- Manage the fabrication process to ensure fixtures are produced on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Project Execution Planning & Program Development
- Lead the execution of merchandise and display projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables for each initiative.
- Design and implement merchandise and display programs that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Continuously evaluate program performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Lead and Coordinate 3PL Labor Teams.
- Oversee and manage a team of 3PL labor professionals responsible for executing merchandising and installation projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success across 3k plus retail locations.
- Detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards, to guide the merchandising and installation efforts of the syndicated labor team.
- Regularly assess the performance and output of the syndicated labor team, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality results and adherence to project specifications.
- Act as a liaison between the syndicated labor team, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, expectations, and progress updates.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the syndicated labor team.
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors adhere to quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage budgets for merchandise, display, and project initiatives.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective execution of programs while maintaining quality standards.
Skills And Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, or channel management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles, visual merchandising, and fixture design concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) and retail management software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the digital appliance or consumer electronics industry.
- Knowledge of retail trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $160,000 and $180,00. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
