About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Management, Consultant- Report to: Associate Director, Talent Management and Culture
- Location: Ho Chi Minh
- Function: Human Resources | Department: Talent Management and Culture
Type: Individual Contributor
The Opportunity:
Operationalize and implement our future-ready talent engine. This role focuses on executing talent development programs, managing cross-functional initiatives, and enabling internal growth through structured frameworks and collaboration. You will be instrumental in building the infrastructure that supports leadership development and talent acceleration.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Talent Program Implementation
- Execute end-to-end talent management programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility.
- Ensure programs are aligned with business needs and delivered on time with measurable impact.
Future Leader Development
- Manage the rollout of future leader initiatives, including cohort selection, learning journeys, mentoring, and progress tracking.
- Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
i. Partner with Learning & Development to:
- Map internal talent capabilities.
- Co-create bespoke learning paths tailored to individual and organizational growth.
- Act as a growth catalyst for internal talent acceleration.
ii. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to:
- Maintain an external talent radar.
- Support strategic hiring decisions by identifying and attracting high-potential candidates.
Project & Change Management
- Lead talent-related projects with clear objectives, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption and integration of new talent initiatives across the organization.
Technology & AI Integration
- Utilize HR technology platforms and AI tools to enhance talent insights, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay current with emerging tech trends and recommend tools that improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and engagement.
Job Requirements:
1.Education & Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a local university or international institution (scholarship is a plus).
- Preferred fields: Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related disciplines.
2.Professional Experience
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR Program Implementation, or Organizational Development.
- Proven track record in executing talent initiatives within multinational corporations (MNCs).
- Exposure to consulting environments or fast-paced industries like FMCG or financial services.
3.Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong project management capabilities: planning, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting.
- Experience in running leadership development programs, succession planning, and internal mobility frameworks.
- Familiarity with talent capability mapping, competency frameworks, and performance development tools.
- Proficient in HR technologies and platforms.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to adopt AI tools for talent analytics, program automation, and decision support.
