Associate Director, Property - Major Client Group

Seeking a dynamic and real estate finance experienced Associate Director or experienced Senior Associate / Manager

The successful candidate will be able to structure, execute, and manage real estate finance transactions.

Together with the Director, you will provide meaningful solutions for new and existing high value property clients with complex banking needs across commercial and residential property investments / developments.

Supported by a team of Account Managers, Senior Associates and Associates, you will use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move businesses forward and grow our client base.

More Specifically, You Will:

• With the Director, be accountable for all client interactions and partner with Senior Associates & Associates and all CommBank teams to meet portfolio and new client needs;
• Understand the specific needs and aims of our clients and use your relationships to help them realise new opportunities;
• Be capable of running a transaction end to end;
• Enhance customer satisfaction of the client managed accounts;
• Support the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio; and
• Coach Senior Associates and Associates in financial analysis and writing good quality credit submissions.

• Are keen to combine their experience and expertise with our innovative technologies to deliver insights and find new solutions to old problems
