Role Summary/Purpose:

The Digital Integrations Product Manager is a key leadership role that will drive digital integrations and releases across web digital servicing channels. This leader possesses both strategic vision and execution-oriented expertise to deliver innovative, industry-leading solutions.   This individual is directly responsible for prioritizing feature integrations for Synchrony Account Manager, that provide a measurable improvement to key objectives such as NPS, digital engagement and agile health.   This role will report to the Vista Train Leader.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on the feature roadmap for digital web servicing, including the scope of features prioritized for Program Increments (PIs)
  • Partner with the front-end teams to prioritize and manage micro-front end integrations for version updates and new features.
  • Directly responsible for Agile Release Train PM duties such as setting Objectives, leading demos/stakeholder meetings, participating in ART ceremonies,  managing and prioritizing the flow of work across the ART, using Scaled Agile methodology
  • Work with POs to ensure stories and business requirements are defined and meet Definition-Of-Ready (DOR) ahead of PIs
  • Active JIRA/JIRA Align management to ensure features and story requirements are DOR and well defined, and the JIRA Align Program Board is up to date with latest backlog and feature set
  • Participate and Co-lead Scaled Agile ceremonies, including PI planning, with RTE and Train Architect
  • Act as primary interface with Legal, Governance, Compliance organizations to review new features and enhancements and effectively manage defects and issues
  • Partner with  Analytics, UX, CX & Platform Client Initiatives Leaders to measure the Addressable Opportunity of Features and align on priorities for upcoming PIs
  • Partner with Analytics, Operations and Technology to establish and monitor KPIs  
  • Guide, mentor, and/or directly manage the Product Owners on the ART
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, HS diploma/GED and 8 years project management experience including Agile software development framework.
  • 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success managing multiple projects through building / leadership in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with Agile software development framework
  • Experience working with technical teams and/or guiding the creation and implementation of digital products and platforms

Desired Characteristics:

  • Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) enterprise leadership professional
  • Experience in the consumer financial services including credit cards and installment loans
  • Track record of creative problem solving and ability to thrive in a cross-functional and virtual environment
  • High energy, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Grade/Level: 12

The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.  Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.  Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.  All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
