As part of the HR Services Hub in Bucharest, we are looking for HR professionals skilled in HR Operations, Recruitment and Business Advisory across multiple European countries.

This role offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, influence people decisions, and contribute to shaping a high-performing, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Be at the heart of cross-country HR advisory team, supporting diverse business lines and cultures.
  • Drive end-to-end HR processes for the allocated countries, from hiring to offboarding, with a strong focus on compliance, employee experience, and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate or be involved in HR transitions and change initiatives, contributing to the evolution of our HR Hub.
  • Partner with country leadership to foster engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Guide performance and talent management processes, enabling fair and consistent decisions.
  • Advise on compensation cycles (promotions, bonuses, salary reviews).
  • Identify skill gaps and support learning and development initiatives.
  • Oversee HR vendor contracts and service delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HR processes and systems.
  • Actively supporting new processes transitions in the HR Hub Bucharest team (planning, stakeholder management; highlighting risks proactively to relevant stakeholders, etc).

Skills

  • 5+ years of HR experience in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law (Romania or other EU countries), and advisory practices.
  • Proven ability to work across cultures and navigate matrix organizations.
  • Able to work effectively and communicate professionally with others in remote locations and collaboratively with local colleagues.
  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills preferably gained in an international environment.
  • Highly adaptable and efficient, with the ability to simultaneously manage a range of priorities, at the strategic and operational level, in a very dynamic environment.
  • Preferably, knowledge and understanding of employment law and regulations (Romania or another European country)
  • Minim 1 year of previous SME and/ or transition experience in HR processes, preferably in HR Operations (eg. Hiring, on-boarding, terminations, position changes), Recruitment, other HR Areas;
  • Strong English knowledge, both oral and written; any other foreign language is a plus.
  • Strong Office skills (word, excel, PPT), knowledge of Workday HR system is preferable.
