Provide administrative support related to document services through general office clerical and typing duties in fast paced work environment.**Due to the nature of the work, this position is an IN OFFICE position working in the Lincoln Square office building**
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy to Do Business with (ETDBW) philosophy.
2. Assist with daily production work by ensuring all functions are processed accurately and timely within corporate standards.
3. Assist with sorting, filing, retrieving, and tracking loan documents received through different channels (physical mail, faxes, emails, and customer uploads) within established turn times.
4. Update demographic and other additional information on customer accounts via the servicing system.
5. Assist with training, cross-training, quality assurance, and mentoring to support the team.
6. Assist with preparing periodic and special reports utilizing statistical data (productivity rates, error rates, liability, work guides, workflow, and various month end reports).
7. Serve as a Liaison to leadership team and other departments in resolving problems and/or issues.
8. Operate equipment: mail opener, mail jogger, high speed scanner, production printer, etc.
9. Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Final Suitability Determination Is The Sole Discretion Of The Department Of Education
Starting pay for this role is $17.20/hour
- EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- EXPERIENCE:
- 6 months to 1 year customer service & general work experience preferred.
