Ap – Credit Card Administrator

Office based  -  Mexico - (Mexico City only)

We are currently seeking a Credit Card Administrator to join our Accounts Payable (AP) dynamic team. As a Credit Card Administrator at ICON, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of ICON credit card program in compliance with SOX & local policies.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Setting up credit cards
  • Updating Employee File

  • Reviewing Accounts

  • Downloading Statements

  • Recording and creating invoices
  • Reconciliations

  • Assist in Month End Close process - accruals
  • Resolution Of Issues

  • Participation in AP re-engineering projects as needed

You Will Need:

  • Finance Experience

  • 3-5  years of working experience in Accounts Payable
  • Advanced English for Write / Read / and Talk is a must.
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Good Accounting System Knowledge (Oracle Financial an advantage)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactions.
  • Attention to detail and good organization skills
  • Ability to work on Own & as a Team player.
