We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Ops) team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an EMEA Recruitment Operations Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for key recruitment operations such as interview scheduling, contract generation, and job advertisement posting. You will drive process improvements, implement new tools, and mentor your team to deliver exceptional service quality. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic multinational environment with strong collaboration across HR and business stakeholders.

We will count on you to:

• Lead, coach, and develop the TA Operations team by setting clear goals, managing workloads, and monitoring performance
• Collaborate with internal HR departments, HR Partners, and leadership to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies by partnering with internal stakeholders
• Manage relationships with internal partners and external vendors effectively
• Plan and execute new business-focused solutions and coordinate team initiatives
• Resolve internal escalations promptly to maintain smooth operations

What you need to have:

• Proven people management experience (minimum 2+ years)
• Experience working in an international environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to embrace technology and AI to create efficiencies and improve candidate and business experience
• Business maturity and confidence to engage with senior leaders and hiring managers

What makes you stand out:

• Previous experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms
• Knowledge of additional Western European languages, especially French or German
• Prior experience in a similar TA Operations leadership role (e.g., TA Ops Supervisor or Team Leader)
