Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • Technical support role to manufacturing teams and processes
  • Detailed Description:
  • Participation in development, implementation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
  • Giving manufacturing teams feedback to project teams
  • Development and testing of new techniques
  • Preparation and updating of work instructions in cooperation with the product engineer
  • Organization of technical training for operators
  • Technical preparation for production
  • Monitoring and testing of production processes and production techniques to ensure smooth operation of production lines
  • Supervision of compliance with the established quality system and environmental management system and occupational safety requirements in the facility
  • Other engineering tasks

Requirements:

  • Interest in manufacturing, electronics and for work in international environment
  • Ability to solve technical issues and work independently
  • Very good communication skills
  • English language skills, technical and communication – both speaking and writing
  • Estonian and Russian language skill in communication level
  • Abilities to organize work and build a smooth manufacturing process
  • Committed, responsible and punctual in daily operations
  • A team-player – supportive and reliable
  • Higher or vocational education in electronics, mechanics, product development or IT

Preferred Skills

  • Previous work experience as manufacturing engineer
  • Interest in electronics and related work experience
  • Interest to IT systems and excellent computer skills
  • Experience with 3D programs (SolidWorks)
