The Product Manager for Notifications & Engagement Channels owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer notifications as a critical engagement channel. This role ensures that notifications are relevant, timely, compliant, and drive measurable business outcomes while protecting customer trust.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the vision and roadmap for notifications across push, SMS, email, and in-app.
- Drive execution of notification strategy end-to-end.
- Define principles for notification timing, targeting, personalization, and frequency control.
- Partner with Content Network, Loyalty, and Affiliate teams to align notifications within the broader engagement ecosystem.
- Work with engineering, data, and Martech to deliver enabling infrastructure (orchestration, segmentation, experimentation, consent management).
- Lead alignment across stakeholders on use cases, prioritization, and success metrics.
- Continuously measure impact and iterate to maximize engagement and conversion through notifications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in engagement, CRM, or Martech platforms.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel notification systems and customer messaging frameworks.
- Experience with personalization, experimentation, and consent management.
- Strong data-driven mindset; skilled in interpreting engagement metrics and running experiments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Jira proficiency preferred).
- Background in financial services, fintech, or global consumer brands.
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and engagement analytics.
- Experience integrating with Martech tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable.

Salary
The base salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
