Dematic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to our SVP Lifecycle Solutions and Services, VP Mods & Upgrades, VP LSS Operations, and the LSS leadership team. This role functions as a critical partner in driving executive effectiveness through expert-level administrative management, project coordination, and strategic prioritization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, trusted advisor, and consummate professional with a service-oriented mindset. This role is hybrid, with an expectation to be in office 3-4 days per week.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $78,750 - $110,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks And Qualifications:

What You'll Do In This Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive inquiries. Screen calls, emails, and visitors to ensure focused use of executive time.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP and leadership team in the execution of initiatives and communication strategy.
  • Lead or support projects from inception to delivery. Supervise progress on goals, handle timelines, coordinate with interested parties, and ensure results are met.
  • Compile data and research, prepare decision-ready reports, and support critical analysis to facilitate executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate sophisticated calendars and schedules, resolving scheduling issues and anticipating needs, including global travel and executive-level meetings. Ensure calendar blocks for strategic preparation, especially for board meetings and leadership reviews.
  • Arrange detailed international and domestic itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements. Provide prioritization to ensure no disruption to critical responsibilities.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, presentation decks, and briefing documents; attend meetings as needed to scribe minutes and action items. Coordinate office operations for meetings.

What We’Re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and project management tools.
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
  • Experience leading sophisticated projects, travel, and critical communications.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and balance priorities.
