Associate Information Security Engineer

In This Job, You Will:

• L1 Technical Support : Provide first-level technical support to our internal customers, addressing and resolving issues related to Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Integrations : Assist in the seamless integration of IGA tools with existing systems and applications, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• Re-certification : Prepare and execute attestation processes to verify user access and ensure compliance with the industry and the security policies.
• Troubleshooting : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to integrated systems.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of support activities, integration processes, and re-certification results.

About The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year related experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of identity governance and administration concepts.
• Angular : Knowledge of Angular framework for front-end development – REQUIRED
• Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools and systems is a plus, but not required. 
• Development : Basic knowledge of software development principles and practices.
• Scripting : Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• SQL Database: Understanding of SQL and experience with database management and queries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Shift Information: This position requires working a mid-shift as the platform support requires to follow CET business hours.
• Hybrid Work Setup (2-3 days a week onsite). Location: BGC, Taguig
