Demand Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of our business within the Italian video advertising market.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including account directors, planners, and traders at media agencies, helping to promote Comcast Advertising’s media solutions.
You will contribute to the execution of our demand-side sales strategy, managing sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and agencies. The ideal candidate will have industry experience as well as a passion and existing knowledge of the Advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development & Client Management: Support the execution of agency-focused sales strategies to meet revenue goals, while helping to build long-term relationships with media agencies and advertisers.• Sales Execution: Implement tailored sales plans for premium ConnectedTV and online video advertising, aligned with client needs and the company’s positioning in the Italian market.• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Demand Account Management and AdOps teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and effective use of inventory and CPMs.• Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and contribute to innovation.About You:
• 2–3 years of experience in advertising or media sales, with a track record of delivering results• Familiarity with the Italian media agency landscape• Fluent in both English and Italian• Strong communication and presentation skills• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently• Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of programmatic and/or the video advertising ecosystem is a plus
