[What the role is]
Implement the sector digital strategy to expand SSAs’ capacity and improve service delivery through partnerships and resource management.[What you will be working on]
- 1. Understand the sector’s ambitions, strengths, needs, limitations and challenges
- 2. Provide guidance and support for implementation projects. Give timely advice, facilitate overcoming obstacles and bridging gaps
- 3. Lead conversations with vendors and partners at the project level
- 4. Plan, organize and oversee the tactical approach in implementing the sector digital strategy
- 5. Keep abreast of the sector wide plans that impact the digital strategy and transformation initiatives. Lead the team in pivoting as needed.
- 6. Manage the communications and partnership matters for the team
- 7. Monitor progress of the projects, collect and sense-make data for reporting and presentations
- 8. Support team’s professional development though coaching, training and other learning opportunities
- 9. Watch over the budget utilization for the projects

Experience & Special Certification(S):
- Experience: At least 11-15 years’ work experience, preferably in a tech or innovation related role with team leadership experience.
- Special Certification : Project Management; Agile methodology; AI-related
