We are looking for a Senior Associate/Associate to join our International Property team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage in various asset management and development projects while collaborating with talented professionals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with offshore regional offices and investment prospects to support asset management and development initiatives, including project management, portfolio monitoring, performance benchmarking, and the evaluation of value-enhancement initiatives
- Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modelling, budgeting, scheduling, consultant coordination, and project execution to ensure timely and effective project delivery
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive positioning, utilizing both traditional approaches and AI-powered tools to gather, process, and analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Develop and prepare high-quality reports, research briefs, and presentations that provide clear and actionable recommendations that inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to support the execution of business plans, development projects, and portfolio optimization strategies
- Provide forward-looking analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and value-creation strategies across the firm’s assets and development pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Surveying, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5 years of professional experience in asset management, development management, and/or project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, with proven experience in feasibility analysis and benchmarking.
- Familiarity with AI and data analytics tools for real estate research, benchmarking, and forecasting, combined with the ability to critically assess, validate, and refine outputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua preferred.
- Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables across projects, assets, and research initiatives.
- Capacity for independent, rigorous thinking, ensuring outputs are evidence-based and not reliant on unverified automated tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
