Job Summary
Support Project Management with project portfolio coordination, tracking, and reporting. This role provides exposure to strategic project management processes and tools while helping ensure consistency and visibility across key business initiatives.Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the project portfolio database and dashboards.
- Support project tracking, schedule updates, and reporting for active projects.
- Help prepare executive-level reports and portfolio summaries.
- Partner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and milestones.
- Participate in PMO meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in documentation, project templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Smartsheet or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in learning about enterprise project and portfolio management.
- Learning Outcomes:
- Gain hands-on experience with portfolio management tools and reporting.
- Develop understanding of business prioritization and project governance processes.
- Build professional project management and analytical skills.
