Job Description

In  Data Analytics  & Operations , we provide analysis and data insights to business partners enabling decision making, planning and implementation to support our transformation journey and achieve improved customer experience and business outcomes.

As part of this role, you will be doing some reporting, extracting data from our CRM systems, analyzing it and presenting your findings. You will also be doing ad-hoc data analysis to answer complex business questions relating to our sales & marketing capabilities which will require learning agility, problem solving, data analysis skills and strong business acumen.
 

Responsibilities

Business Consulting

• Engage with business partners to provide solutions to problems with increased scope and complexity (Brand or BU) by identifying relevant data and providing actionable insights.
• Build a very good understanding of the business fundamentals and business drivers of your business partners.
• Be an advocate of data driven decision making. 

Strategic Analysis and Insights

• Challenge business partners to improve strategy, implementation and processes enabling better customer experience and business results because of strategic analysis.
• Make recommendations from analytics work and ensure the results are communicated to all relevant stakeholders in an appropriate way to enable data driven decision making.
• Present the results and recommendations in front of business leaders and be able to influence / challenge business decisions.  

Technology and Tool utilization

• Run defined standardized reports around core operational metrics and ensure the results are correct and understood.
• Create complex queries / extracts by combining multiple data sources, make new data sources available across multiple datasets- both internal and external.
• Clean, prepare and blend business data, understanding our data architecture and data models 

Other

• Work with business partners to adjust standard reports based on changing business needs.
• Provide support to end users (e.g., Sales reps, Marketing, Payer teams and others) and build good working relationships with stakeholders in business, support functions and IT.

Minimum Requirements

• University Degree. Postgraduate studies in data analytics or MBA will be valued.  
• Fluent in English (C1 / Advanced) and local language (Spanish)
• Solid knowledge of business drivers and market dynamics of the Spanish Healthcare system (+2 years of experience)

Additional Skills

Business, Influencing & Communicating

• Good communication and project management skills.

Analytics

• Understanding of the importance and process for data cleaning and preparation skill (database querying, descriptive statistics)
• Understanding of key statistical concepts (regressions, modelling)
• Be qualified or have at least foundational experience in visualization software and good visualization practice. (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Problem solving skills and lateral thinking ability.
• KNIME Analytic Platform knowledge is a plus.
• Experience of Veeva and other salesforce platforms will be valued.
