岗位职责

1.    导视系统设计和交付管理
o    任务内容：管理新建基地及存量园区改造的地库划线、导视标识系统设计及工程项目。
o    输出：需求及设计说明文件、设计方案评审意见、工程项目主计划/验收报告、进展简报。
o    SLA：跟随项目验收及入驻进度，不得延期。
2.    迭代优化空间导视体验规范手册
o    任务内容：基于各场景导视项目实践，优化规范手册。
o    输出：空间导视体验规范手册、设计自检表。
o    SLA：年度更新。
3.    存量改造/增量装修项目的软装及品牌文化一致性管理
o    任务内容：评审软装及品牌文化方案。
o    输出：方案评审意见。
o    SLA：收到方案一周内完成评审，跟随项目进度。
4.    迭代空间品牌文化工具包
o    任务内容：更新品牌文化工具包内容。
o    输出：空间品牌文化工具包。
o    SLA：半年度更新。
5.    空间场景体验类解决方案
o    任务内容：管理通用公共空间、工作空间、会议空间的体验一致性，提升雇主品牌形象。
o    输出：空间场景体验规范（如接待前厅、会议室等）。
o    SLA：年度更新。
