About The Role

To support this journey, we’re looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Consultant – Data and APIs with strong technical and financial expertise to support our sales team in driving adoption of our market data API solutions and content across Nordic financial institutions.

As our new sales colleague, your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with sales managers and product managers to understand client needs, workflows and data challenges
  • Lead technical discovery sessions together with our consultants to assess requirements for data integration, API usage, and workflow automation.
  • Prepare data coverage checks and tailored product presentations.Ensure timely, accurate, and competitive commercial responses together with sales managers that highlight our value proposition.
  • Contribute to RFPs, RFI and due diligence requests.
  • Work closely with product, engineering and support teams to align client needs with solution roadmaps and provide feedback from the field to influence product enhancements and market strategy.
  • Give input to create and maintain sales collateral, technical documentation and use case guides for the sales team.

We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are passionate about sales and helping customers find the right solution that makes their life easier. Here's what you need to be successful as a Pre-Sales Specialist at Infront:

  • Fluent in English: You will be connecting with prospects in the financial sector, so excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English are essential. Fluent in another Nordic language is a plus.
  • Experience in pre-sales or sales, preferably with financial market data, trading platforms or APIs
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives) and market data concepts.
  • Experience in selling market data or tools for risk, valuation, and regulatory reporting is a strong advantage.
  • Hands on experience with APIs, data integration and modern programming concepts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, client facing environment with multiple priorities.
  • Curious and Resilient: You have an inquisitive attitude and can deal with rejections without losing your enthusiasm. You see every prospect as a new opportunity.
  • Growth Mindset: You understand that you can always learn something and are open to feedback, because you know that continuous improvement is the key to long-term success.
