Job Description

At Fugro, our digital channels are key to how we connect with clients, employees and stakeholders around the world. As our new Digital Channel & Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in making those connections seamless, secure and impactful.

You are the person who keeps our digital marketing and communications platforms running smoothly and consistently — not by doing all the work yourself, but by coordinating, enabling and improving how others use them. From our corporate website to our social publishing tools and analytics platforms, you make sure everything works together to support Fugro’s brand and business goals.

In this role, you work closely with our Brand & Communications and IT teams, and collaborate with regional marketing colleagues to make the most of our global tools and standards. You also liaise with external suppliers and agencies to ensure Fugro’s owned channels remain stable, compliant and continuously improving.

You combine a hands-on approach with a clear sense of structure and governance. You make it easier for teams to work efficiently — setting workflows, providing guidance and helping colleagues understand how to get the best out of our digital platforms.

Your Role

  • Coordinate and continuously improve Fugro’s digital marketing and communications platforms, such as our website, social publishing and analytics tools.
  • Safeguard stability, compliance and consistency across all owned digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Communications, IT and regional marketing teams to strengthen Fugro’s global digital presence.
  • Set up governance frameworks, workflows and templates that enable colleagues to work efficiently and consistently.
  • Work with external suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, performance and innovation across our platforms.
  • Analyse platform usage and data to identify improvements and drive best practices.

What you bring along

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, platform or channel management.
  • Strong understanding of CMS systems, analytics platforms and social publishing tools.
  • The ability to translate business needs into clear digital improvements and solutions.
  • Experience working with vendors and external partners.
  • A collaborative mindset — you enjoy working across teams and helping others succeed.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
