What You’Ll Do

As the Annual Giving Coordinator, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of a comprehensive annual giving program that inspires and sustains philanthropic support. You’ll manage the full donor lifecycle — from thoughtful cultivation to meaningful stewardship — helping ensure every donor feels valued and connected to our mission.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Design and implement annual giving campaigns that grow new donors and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Develop creative communication and solicitation strategies across multiple channels — digital, print, and events.
  • Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship programs that celebrate generosity and impact.
  • Partner with Foundation leadership to align giving initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Organize donor cultivation and recognition events that foster engagement and gratitude.
  • Collaborate across departments to share stories of how philanthropy transforms care at Logan Health.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or
  • Design and implement annual giving campaigns that grow new donors and strengthen existing relationships.

What You’Ll Bring

  • Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in development, fundraising, or donor relations — with proven success in individual giving, corporate sponsorship, and/or event fundraising.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with fundraising and communication platforms such as Raiser’s Edge, GiveSmart, Luminate Online, or Constant Contact.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills for crafting clear, persuasive, and heartfelt appeals, impact reports, and donor communications.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, from donors to internal teams.
  • Mindset: Self-starter, detail-oriented, and passionate about building relationships that make a difference.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in development, fundraising, or donor relations — with proven success in individual giving, corporate sponsorship, and/or event fundraising.

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
