As a digitalization enthusiast, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful changes and create tangible business value across our value chain. In this role, you will lead impactful IT and digital transformation projects that shape the future of our company. A key focus will be overseeing the global track & trace transformation as part of our ERP upgrade program. At the same time, you will take on the role of Lead Global Process Owner for Serialization, where you will spearhead global improvement initiatives, define and evolve processes together with fellow process owners, and ensure that our systems and practices remain at the forefront of industry standards.
In doing so, you will navigate transformation across multiple dimensions—bridging the shopfloor and top management—while ensuring alignment, adoption, and lasting impact throughout the organization. Reporting to the Vice President Value Chain, this position carries both visibility and strategic importance.
You will join the Supply & Value Chain Excellence business unit in Baden, also reporting to the Team Lead Value Chain Digitalization, and work closely with factory and IT leadership and technical experts across our global value chain.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the track and trace workstream in our ERP upgrade program
- Lead multiple serialization improvement projects to significantly simplify our global IT- and process landscape
- Take ownership as Lead Global Process Owner for Serialization, setting the direction for improvement and governance worldwide
- Contribute your expertise to strategic investment projects, advancing track & trace capabilities.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, from shopfloor to top management, to build support for digital solutions
Your Background
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, with an interest in digitalization.
- Proven experience in track & trace and leading digital transformation projects in production environments (e.g., MES), with exposure to logistics, supply chain, or quality management a plus.
- Strong process analysis and design skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, define future-state digital processes, and translate complex topics into clear insights on senior management and shopfloor level.
- Solid technical proficiency, including system architectures, integrations, interface design, and the ability to create scripts or prototypes (Python, SQL, low-code tools) to validate concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a solution-driven, proactive, and curious mindset.
- Fluency in English and conversational German required
