We’re looking for talented interns to join our Corporate Finance team during the academic year of 2025-2026.
Are you a Master’s student with a keen interest in the exciting world of mergers and acquisitions (M&A)? At PwC, we offer you the opportunity to acquire international deals experience at ‘the best business school in the world’ by actively supporting the Corporate Finance | M&A Advisory deals team throughout the entire M&A process.
What you’ll learn and do
- Support on business development initiatives, conduct market researches and analyse the Belgian landscape in specific sectors
- Assist in the creation of presentations, financial analyses and pitches
- Conduct valuation exercises using a variety of methods
- Work on various deliverables throughout M&A transactions (information memorandums, long lists, dataroom assistance, etc.)
Who You Are
- Final year Master student
Outstanding Academic Record
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a plus
- Any prior experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or related finance positions is an advantage
- Eye for detail and uncompromising on quality
- Proactive and problem solver
- Results-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
- Eager to learn and highly motivated
- Demonstrated interest in finance and in the M&A practice
- Available for a period of 3 months minimum
- Skills you’ll develop throughout your internship
Team Player
- Any prior experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or related finance positions is an advantage
