Job Description Summary
The AI Enablement and Security - Analyst will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and operationalizing AI solutions across GE HealthCare. This position will focus on enabling business process improvements through AI Agents, ensuring safe and secure adoption of AI technologies, and providing technical guidance to solution builders.Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities
- Build AI Agents: Design, build, or collaborate in building AI agents using tools such as AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI Service, and Microsoft AI solutions to streamline business processes.
- Operationalize AI Monitoring: Help deploy and configure AI observability/monitoring platforms (e.g., LangSmith, Langfuse) to support solution builders and ensure ongoing system reliability.
- User Support: Provide hands-on support to internal users building AI solutions, troubleshooting concerns, and advising on GE HealthCare processes, technical capabilities, and AI best practices.
- Platform Evaluation: Assess new or updated AI platforms for impacts on security, privacy, compliance, and recommend appropriate controls to mitigate risks.
- Process Guidance: Guide AI solution requestors and builders through GEHC’s AI approval, governance, and deployment processes.
- Technology Enablement: Evaluate emerging AI technologies and enable their safe, secure, and feasible adoption across GE HealthCare, ensuring solution builders can leverage them effectively.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud background / AI background / Security background
- Demonstrated ability to support technical users and guide projects from concept to deployment.
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing technology
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) and or AI technologies
- Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in AI/ML deployments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams with global stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.
