Description
The GRP Administrator is responsible for administration and quality control of the Door to Door and Guaranteed Repair Program. Duties include evaluating demographic data such as Risk in Force and claim volume to determine the business need for third party service providers (body shops). They will be responsible for monitoring both the Door to Door- GRP Programs service and severity results through closed estimate and on-site statistical reviews. The Administrator is responsible for completing re-inspections, developing/reviewing management reports and communicating results to participating shops.
Responsibilities
- Administer the Door-to-Door and Guaranteed Repair Program in accordance with procedures in GRP Manual.
- Address shop performance KPI’s including estimate accuracy, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze a variety of management reports to determine program compliance or opportunity areas and generate action plans, as necessary.
- Discuss reinspection/management report observations.
- Promptly report meaningful information clearly and concisely.
- Estimate vehicle damages.
- Reinspect vehicle repair estimates.
- Maximize use of the Door to Door and GRP shops within assigned territory.
- Ensure FRU and FCO associates are trained in utilization of the program.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints about service or work quality.
- Participate in catastrophe claim handling when requested. This may include traveling to other geographical areas, extended hours and up to a three week stay.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- 5-10 years of related experience and/or training.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Strong auto product knowledge.
- Strong auto estimating skills and auto repair knowledge.
- Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills are required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Salary Range
The pay range for this position is $88,00 to $112,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
