What You'Ll Do

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making processes
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide actionable insights to business partners
• Join forces with diverse teams to boost process improvement projects
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports and forecasts
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure flawless execution of financial strategies
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to foster team development
• Adapt to high-intensity, multiple-deadline environments with ease
• Communicate effectively with collaborators across global locations

What We'Re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in financial or accounting roles
• Proficiency in Excel, IBM PA & Perspectives, and PowerBI
• Demonstrated skill in coordinating with various collaborators in large, multi-layered organizations
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Dedication to continuous improvement and team development
• Confidence to tackle complex projects and drive them to resolution
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Capability to grasp the overall scope while delving into specifics when necessary
• Prefer candidates with strong business and industry competence
• Established track record in improving processes
