Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carwash Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and staff scheduling to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and vendor relationships to support operational needs.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain car wash systems and equipment as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of car wash systems and business operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical aspects of equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the car wash industry or similar operational environments.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
