Associate Order Specialist

Role Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of supply chain and/or customer facing experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine assignments
• Ability to demonstrate a work ethic consistent with WWT's Core Values
• Efficiently and effectively communicates information to promote collaboration
• Able to convey ideas clearly and succinctly through written communication

World Wide Technology, Poland. has a very exciting opportunity available for an Associate Order Specialist to join our friendly team based in Lodz, Poland.

An Associate Order Specialist provides analytical and transactional support for the Order Management elements within WWT's Global Order Operations function. Reporting to a leader within Order Management, an individual in this role supports the successful execution and fulfilment of program specific orders, which may include supporting issue resolution across multiple internal functional areas.

Role Responsibilities & Duties:

• Responsibilities of this job consist of transactional, analytical and strategic work to support WWT's end-to-end Order Management Supply Chain function, including but not limited to the following:
• Responsible for transactional and analytical work to support WWT's end-to-end Order Management Supply Chain function.
• Supporting the entire lifecycle of a WWT Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer.
• Identifying and correcting transactional order issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to support customer orders processing ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Enters order, routing, and financial data in systems to ensure timely processing and shipping making certain a high level of quality that minimizes risk of delay and the Reverse Logistics Processes required.
• Always applies a customer service mindset and strives to deliver customer delight
