Diploma Qualified Educator - Lockridge

About The Role

Child Australia is looking for an experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our passionate team at Lockridge Campus. In this full-time role, you’ll help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children. You’ll also take on the Responsible Person role when the Nominated Supervisor is absent, supporting the day-to-day running of the service.

Our centre operates from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

What You’Ll Do

• Plan and deliver educational programs aligned with the National Quality Standards
• Create nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environments
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
• Collaborate with your team to provide high-quality care
• Act as the Responsible Person when required

What You’Ll Need

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• Experience working with children in an early learning setting
• Previous experience as a Responsible Person
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months (required before starting)
