Client Services Administrator

Location: Canvey Island

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our Client Team in Canvey Island. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, supporting our clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries from customers and clients in a polite, professional manner
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client emails
  • Manage user accounts and access within our partner portal
  • Add and update manual and automated uplift instructions
  • Resolve client queries submitted via the portal
  • Process both manual and automated salvage clearances as required
  • Generate Certificates of Destruction for scrapped or dismantled vehicles
  • Manage incoming post, including vehicle documentation and keys
  • Liaise with issuing authorities regarding fines and penalty charge notices
  • Support customers with the retention and transfer of cherished number plates
  • Coordinate with the site team for the return of personal belongings
  • Assist the Auction Team with any issues affecting vehicle listings
  • Carry out general office tasks such as scanning, filing, and database updates
  • Arrange vehicle and salvage collections when necessary

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent telephone manner and clear, confident communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in the motor industry (advantageous, but not essential)
