We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive the execution of IP deliverables across multiple SOC programs, spanning the full product lifecycle—from architecture definition through RTL development, DV collateral (including VIP), and physical design handoff. This role is critical to ensuring IP integration meets stringent PPA, schedule, and quality targets, enabling successful SOC tapeouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End IP Execution: Lead the delivery of IP components (Interface, Fabric, Foundational IP) across architecture, RTL, verification, and physical design phases.
• SOC Integration: Collaborate with SOC architecture, design, and post-silicon teams to ensure seamless IP integration and alignment with SOC requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Interface with cross-functional teams and upper management to communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans throughout the execution lifecycle.
• Quality & PPA Assurance: Ensure IP meets performance, power, area (PPA), and quality benchmarks required for SOC success.
• Domain Expertise: Work across multiple market segments—Mobile, Datacenter, Networking, AI—with hands-on leadership in RTL, DV, and physical design.
• Solution Architecture: Contributed to defining solutions for cutting-edge applications such as AI/HPC (e.g., cHBM), automotive central compute (ADAS + IVI), and high-performance networking.

Qualifications:

BS in electrical engineering or computer science or related field with 12+ years of experience

8+ years of experience in state of the art SOC and IP designs working in leadership roles.

Led teams for various functions in IP/SOC design

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:$233,580.00-329,760.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
