Your Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior AI Application Engineer - Automotive to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about deploying AI models on edge devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate deep learning models into embedded systems, optimize performance, and ensure robust deployment in real-world applications.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects welcome)
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Knowledge of embedded programming in C and C++
- Understanding of model quantization schemes (e.g., INT8, FP16) and deployment for edge devices
- Strong debugging skills to troubleshoot software, model integration, and runtime issues
- Good understanding of performance optimization and profiling techniques for both CPUs and GPUs
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced team
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice-To-Have (Optional):
- Exposure to ONNX or other model exchange formats
- Familiarity with Linux-based development environments
- Basic understanding of computer vision or signal processing concepts
