Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

English Speaking Customer Consultant

• Type of Employment: Possibility of a permanent employment or temporary position for 1,5 years

Location: Riga, Latvia

• Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

What You'Ll Do

• Take care of our customers via phone and email.
• Be responsible for customer support and account administration.
• Report any suspicious activity aligned with fraud prevention measures.
• Support customers with electric vehicle chargers.

What You'Ll Need

• A love for communicating with people and finding the best solution for them.
• Fluency in English to communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Readiness to work in day, evening, weekend shifts.
• Enjoyment of  working in fast-paced environment and with various systems.
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
