Join us as a Key Account Manager for the Europe market! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving Parcel Perform’s business growth by cultivating strong customer relationships, and contributing to our strategic expansion across the region, focusing on DACH.

What You’Ll Do

  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build trusted, value-based relationships with existing enterprise customers in weekly operations and strategic business review meetings.
  • Strategic Account Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of strategic customers, project manage all initiatives and foster long-term relationships to support both client success and business growth.
  • Influence Key Stakeholders: Engage and influence cross-functional decision-makers across multiple geographies to drive consensus and achieve shared objectives.
  • Drive commercial excellence: You are the key counterpart to drive contract renewals and identify and manage all up and cross-selling initiatives while leading all negotiations.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Parcel Perform’s product and solutions to align relevant features with customers' specific business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our customer success, customer solutions, sales and product teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their needs.

What You’Ll Need To Succeed

  • University Degree or work experience equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years sales or key account management experience in SaaS or software.
  • Deep understanding, experience, and knowledge of cloud-based digital platforms, ideally in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven ability to influence C-level executives and build trust-based relationships throughout the sales process with customers.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data and customer situations with sound business insight.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and in English, both spoken and written.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively in an international work environment.
  • You bring a “can-do” attitude, motivate peers, and are eager to learn. Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
  • Skilled in crafting and executing account plans and tailored sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with value-driven sales methodologies and negotiating principles.
