Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated NPD Project Manager to join the Selleys Group. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to champion innovation for our ANZ Selleys SAF business, ensuring efficient, on-time, and in-full delivery across both retail and trade markets. You will play a pivotal role in managing the NPD gate process, leading critical projects, and embedding best practices across the organisation.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine processes, optimise project delivery, and ensure our product stewardship obligations are met. You will facilitate stakeholder engagement through monthly gate meetings, portfolio reviews, and project updates, providing critical insights and recommendations to drive innovation success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the NPD Stage Gate process, including documentation, tools, and platform management.
  • Lead and deliver critical NPD/innovation projects across the ANZ portfolio.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency and project delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, running monthly gate meetings and reporting on project progress.
  • Lead the Selleys Product Stewardship Action Plan, ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability obligations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong project management expertise with a delivery-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with NPD, stage gate processes, or process improvement initiatives; FMCG or consumer goods background preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and influence across teams.
  • Experience in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred; however, high-potential candidates with less experience but strong project delivery skills are encouraged to apply.
