Room Leader - Early Childhood Diploma Educator - Carrum Downs- full time

Would you love a permanent, full-time Room Leader position in Carrum Downs?

• Full time - 5 days per week - 8 hour shifts with monthly RDO
• Toddler Room - 1 to 3 years old
• $36.40 to $37.50 per hour, based on your experience. Includes current 10% retention grant loading.
• Share opening and closing shifts - service hours are 7.00 am to 6.30 pm
• Carrum Downs ELC on Yazaki Way - free parking available.
• 95%* Staff Childcare Discount (on gap between CCS and full fee)

Do You Bring?

• Diploma ECEC
• Extensive experience in programming, planning and coordinating other Educators
• Room Leader experience preferred but not essential
• Professional skills, confidence, conscientiousness and playfulness
• Great feedback on your ability to care for and engage with families, babies and toddlers?
• A reputation for positivity, energy and great team-work
