We’re on the hunt for a driven and experienced Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering smart, customised insurance solutions. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, work closely with underwriters, and play a key role in our continued growth. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, salary guide, $78,000 - 90,00.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Portfolio & Client Management

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SME and Commercial clients
• Provide expert advice on insurance programs and risk solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and keep clients informed on market trends and impacts
• Collect and assess underwriting information
• Prepare renewal documentation and negotiate terms with underwriters
• Ensure timely and accurate policy finalisation aligned with business objectives

Claims Support

• Act as a trusted advocate for clients during the claims process
• Ensure timely and favourable outcomes

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Prepare quotes, reports, and recommendations for prospective clients

Compliance & Professional Development

• Maintain RG 146 compliance and uphold ethical standards
• Stay current with industry trends and client sector risk
• Participate in ongoing professional development

About You:

• You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years Broking and Account Management experience and already have your tier 1 qualification.
• Enthusiasm and committed attitude
• Professionalism and self-motivated
• Experience with Broker systems is advantageous
