NoneAbout The Role
As an Associate Account Manager at Datarails, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing our existing customer base. Working closely with senior Account Managers and Customer Success, you’ll help ensure customers see continued value from the Datarails platform while identifying opportunities for expansion through upsells and cross-sells. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their SaaS sales career who’s eager to build strong customer relationships, learn from experienced peers, and develop into a full Account Manager role.
What You'Ll Do
- Manage a smaller portfolio of existing customer accounts across various verticals
- Support account growth strategies by identifying and qualifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and assist in preparing materials that demonstrate value and ROI
- Maintain accurate deal tracking and forecasting within Salesforce
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to share customer feedback and help improve go-to-market efforts
- Continue developing a strong understanding of the Datarails platform and FP&A use cases
Requirements
NoneWhat We Need
- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS or technology company (internships or SDR experience welcome)
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with CRM and pipeline management
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performing revenue team
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, and common SaaS tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
- Interest in financial software or experience engaging with finance teams (CFOs, FP&A, or Controllers) is a plus

- Base compensation - The target base salary range will be between $90-110k USD per year, based on multiple factors including prior experience, skills, and location. We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
